There is nothing like taking a walk through Lincoln Memorial Gardens on the shores of Lake Springfield. Spring time, summer, fall or winter, there is always something special about spending time in the Gardens. In spring, the trees are all fresh with new greenery, there are wild flowers on the forsest floor, and if you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of a deer running through the park, maybe a rabbit or one of the many squirrels that call the gardens home. Look close, you might catch a small snake slithering across a trail.
