Hockey Road Trip to Detroit

Many of our excursions are based on trips to watch our grandson as he grows and develops as a hockey player. This past weekend, we were in Detroit, and the trip just would not be complete without taking in some big blue water, either Lake Michigan, or somewhere along the Detroit River, Lake St Claire, or Lake Huron. This time, it was another visit to Warren Dunes State Park in Michigan, on the shores of Lake Michigan. We also made a stop over in Michigan City Indiana, another beautiful little spot on Lake Michigan.
